The Relational Way

A three month course to support your team to work more relationally.

  • This is a 3 month course involving weekly activities, all of which contribute the learning being embedded.

  • Course Fee per Group (8-12 participants): £8,000

    Includes:

    • 1x Full-day workshop

    • 3x Half-day workshops

    • 4x Relational practice sessions

    • All course materials

    • Buddy work set-up & instruction

    • Group facilitation

    Optional Coaching Sessions:

    • £50 per participant (booked separately)

  • This course works best if the group is kept between 8-12 participants and they are from the same cohort in your organisation (support workers, managers etc)

  • Workshops last between a half day and a day.

  • Full-day: £1000

    Half-day: £650

  • Workshops can be in-person depending on where you’re based.
