Are you at an edge?
Are you feeling stuck, lost, or in transition? You don’t need to have all the answers right now. I specialise in supporting individuals who are at the edge of something new—whether you're navigating life changes, self-discovery, or emotional overwhelm.
Drawing on my experience in psychosynthesis, Circling, somatic practices, parts work, non-violent communication and Gestalt therapy, we’ll work together to uncover new ways for you to feel more grounded, alive, and connected to yourself. My work is designed to bring clarity, freedom, and deep transformation so you can navigate life with more ease.
I believe therapy is a partnership. I’ll be walking alongside you as we uncover what’s alive for you in your life right now.
My approach focuses on
-
Connecting with yourself
I see therapy as a space where you can slow down and connect with yourself. The parts of you that you like. The part you might feel resistant to. The parts that scare you. I'm here to join you in this exploration.
-
Presence
Presence isn’t just about being ‘here’—it’s about being fully here. It’s the practice of noticing what’s going on in your body, mind, and heart in the moment. It’s about getting curious and dropping into what’s actually happening right now—not the stories, the future worries, or the past regrets. When you connect deeply to the present moment, transformation starts to happen on its own

The Inbetween
Therapy is a dynamic process—sometimes we’re in the known, other times in the unknown. It’s a dance, a flow between expansion and contraction, between what’s clear and what’s still unfolding. I will be with you through all of it, holding space as we navigate together

I charge £60 per hour.
I have a limited number of low cost spaces available. Let me know if that would be helpful.

We’ll start with an hour long call through which we can get to know each other better.
This is the most structured session we’ll have. If we decide to work together, we’ll commit to a certain number of sessions (usually five).
After that, we’ll check in and decide what feels right—whether to continue, adjust, or wrap up. Therapy can be short-term or long-term, depending on your needs.

Right now, I primarily work remotely. But if you’re near Southwark and can meet at London Bridge, I’m open to in-person sessions.
Just so you know, in-person sessions may cost slightly more to cover room rental.

If we’ve been working together for some time, I ask for three sessions’ notice before we finish. This gives us space to wrap up the work we’ve done together.
This doesn’t apply at the very beginning of therapy—just once we’ve established a longer-term working relationship.
As someone who tends to intellectualize and rationalize everything, I knew I needed a therapist who could help me move beyond just understanding my emotions on a cognitive level. After several disappointing experiences, I was hesitant to try again—but then I found Sam. From the very beginning, Sam’s deep empathy, remarkable insight, and somatic approach made all the difference. Sam has an incredible ability to notice even the subtlest shifts and remain fully present with you in every moment. Through our work together, I learned how to truly feel and recognize emotions in my body, not just analyse them. For the first time, therapy really clicked. I’m profoundly grateful to Sam for helping me connect with myself in such a meaningful and helpful way.
